Courses
In addition to appraising, Mr. Wilson is a course author/developer and instructor for numerous seminars and college level appraisal classes from introductory courses to advanced courses. He has taught seminars and courses throughout the United States, Europe, and Mexico for such agencies as the Colorado Association of Tax Assessors, the Minnesota Department of Transportation, the American Society of Appraisers, the Appraisal Institute, and The American Society of Farm Managers and Appraisers.
He has earned a lifetime teaching credential from the California Community Colleges, numerous teaching awards for his teaching, and has been the number one ranked instructor for American Society of Appraisers for over a decade.
