Congratulations go to our very own Deane Wilson as he recently successfully passed the National USPAP Course for Instructors given by the Appraisal Qualifications Board of the Appraisal Foundation.
He is now authorized to teach both the 7-Hour USPAP Update Course as well as the 15-Hour National USPAP Course. USPAP stands for the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice and it is quite an accomplishment as well as an honor to have succeeded in this endeavor.
